Down on the Street - Köln edition

When I was in Köln last month, I noticed a number of cool urban runabouts/delivery vehicles that were no more than glorified scooters.
And of course they have scooter roots as they're made by Piaggio. Called the Ape (not like the higher primate, but "ah-peh" - Italian for bee as Vespa is Italian for wasp).
These do a good job of making a smart car look massive.
And you can still buy one - if you live somewhere else. Like the United Kingdom for example.
